Feelings you keep to yourself

Everyone among us has feelings, both happy and sad. Usually you express them to others, who can then share in your joy or comfort you in your sadness. But there are also feelings that you do not express directly. Usually these are feelings in a certain stage of life that pass with time. But they can also be feelings that have just come through life through dealing with others. Think of heartbreak or feeling trapped in a situation. Everyone among us has feelings, both happy and sad.
